A cool guitar with a one-of-a-kind style, rocking tones, and excellent playability! With a distressed body and antiqued hardware, the AXL Badwater SRO has the look and feel of an ancient artifact. Even the headstock and backplate have vintage distressing. No area was spared the treatment! Now discontinued, AXL's Badwater Series received Guitar World's Gold Award for overall value back in December 2007! Grab yourself one of the highest rated budget guitars of the 00s!

The AXL Badwater SRO Electric Guitar has a light-weight double-cutaway alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The guitar's deep recessed neck joint offers superior access to the upper register. This unusual AXL guitar is equipped with EMG-designed pickups for hard rocking tones and clean delivery. An anodized tremolo invites your dive-bombing pleasure.

The crackle brown and white body finish has a reptilian texture throughout, giving the off-white a rusted, phantom-like appearance. The AXL Badwater SRO guitar has the look of a museum-quality guitar stored away for decades, evoking the texture of a guitar blackened and burned by lightning.
