Made in the UK (Richmond, Yorkshire to be precise) by Nigel Stockbridge, Errington mandolins are the workhorse of the British pub rock and folk rock scene. Dozens of bands have used them, including Deacon Blue, Magna Carta, Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich, and the Whisky Priests. The single-cutaway body shape is reminiscent of the "tulip" design by Chris Eccleshall, another British luthier, but the Errington is a simpler, sturdier, more working-class instrument. With its solid mahogany body, maple neck and fretboard, standard mandolin scale length, string-through design, hot Fender-style pickup, and single volume control (who cares about adjusting the tone in a noisy pub?), it's crafted for the rigors of the road.

Minor nicks and scratches, but ready to help a new owner play loud and look good while doing it. Standard gig bag included.
