The Tanglewood TWT5 Tiare Soprano Size Ukulele is crafted with a flame mahogany top, back and sides which produces a warm and focused sound. The TWT5's popular soprano size offers a jangly, sweet sound, that players will love. It is the smallest ukulele size which makes it manageable for beginners as well as the perfect travel companion. Coupled with a unique okoume neck, the TWT5 Ukulele delivers bright tones with good sustain. Finally, the TWT5 Tiare Soprano is complete with a stunning flame mahogany appearance and natural gloss finish.
The Soprano ukulele size is popular for its thin and sparkling tone due to the small body and shorter length. Perfect for travelling and playing on the go, soprano ukuleles are usually tuned to the standard tuning of G-C-E-A and have small spaces between the frets and a light string tension ideal for soft playing styles.
