Packed with functionality but with a focus on user-friendliness, use the detailed controls of the NUX NDD-6 Duotime Dual Delay Engine to carve out your dream delays with ease. With five independent delay modes, each capable of being minutely fine-tuned, the ability to customise your echoes to taste allows the Duotime to become a versatile powerhouse of delay:

  • Level - Alter the delay mix level. In Loop Mode, this becomes loop level.
  • Type - Select from 5 delay types:
    • Analog: Based on classic bucket brigade discrete-time analog delays. Warm and characterful tones.
    • Tape: Based on the iconic Space Echo , get authentic saturation and echo.
    • Digi: More modern-sounding with subtle compression and filtering to remove harsh digital qualities.
    • Mod.: Modulated to unlock a more wacky sound signature.
    • Verb: Added reverberation for instant depth. By feeding shimmer into a plate algorithm, you get distinctive reverb coupled with huge delays.
  • Parameter -
    • For Analog Delay, PARAMETER controls Modulation Depth. Increase to get wider modulated sound.
    • For Tape Echo, PARAMETER controls signal saturation. Increase to get more saturated and distorted sound.
    • For Digi Delay, PARAMETER controls signal hardness. Increase to get a more compressed and brighter sound.
    • For Mod Delay, PARAMETER controls Modulation Depth. Increase to get a wider modulated sound.
    • For Verb Delay, PARAMETER controls Reverb and Shimmer mix level. Increase to get more depth and a 3 dimensional feeling.
  • Time 1 - Adjust the length of Delay 1.
  • Repeat 1 - Alter how many repetitions Delay 1 generates.
  • Time 2 - Adjust the length of Delay 2.
  • Repeat 2 - Alter how many repetitions Delay 2 generates.
  • Tap Tempo - Manually set the speed and sub-divisions of the delay.
