2011 Epiphone Sheraton-II in Vintage Sunburst
Once hailed by Blues Legend John Lee Hooker as “An out-did 335” The Sheraton II from Epiphone combines perfect semi-hollowbody tone with impecable look. Voiced by Alnico Classic Humbucker pickups, this guitar is constructed with a 5-piece Maple neck, traditional Maple Laminate body with a Mahogany center block for amazing tone and sustain. Add a Rosewood fingerboard, and Gold hardware and then make it even more gorgeous with “Tree of Life” headstock inlay and “Block and Triangle” Abalone fretboard inlay.
The guitar is in very good shape-visible surface and playwear scratches present throughout the guitar, along with some pickwear on the guard, light oxidation on the hardware.
Body: Multi-ply double bound maple body in vintage sunburst finish with dark tortoise pickguard, tune-o-matic bridge, and stopbar tailpiece.
Neck: Slim tapered 5-piece maple neck with black side dots and triangle inset pearloid block inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, 24 3/4" scale length. Headstock sports pearl tree-of-life and Epiphone logos, and gold Grover tuners, in perfect working condition. Double bound rosewood fingerboard is in terrific shape and frets show almost no visible wear. Neck is straight and truss rod works as it should.
Electronics: Dual Alnico Classic humbuckers with 3-way pickup selector switch and vintage-style tophat knobs, 2x volume, 2x tone.
