The Badwater Eldorado Electric Guitar has a light-weight single-cutaway alder body, bolt-on maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard. The Eldorado has a comfortable "C" neck profile. A string-thru-body design adds tone and sustain. All hardware is antiqued and anodized including in-line mini tuners, master volume and tone controls, and a six-saddle bridge.
With a distressed body and antiqued hardware, AXL Badwater Series guitars look and feel of ancient artifacts. Even the headstock and backplate have vintage distressing. No area was spared from the destruction. The Badwater Series has received Guitar World's December 2007 Gold Award for Overall Value.
