Evolved tube logic technology

The Boss Katana 100 Gen 3 1x12 Combo features the latest advancements in BOSS's proprietary Tube Logic technology, providing an authentic tube amplifier experience without the maintenance and reliability issues of traditional tube amps. This technology meticulously replicates the complex interactions within a tube circuit, resulting in a sound that not only feels alive but also responds dynamically to every nuance of your playing style. The evolved version enhances this further, offering greater dynamic range and richer harmonic content.

Robust connectivity options

This amplifier goes beyond traditional expectations with its comprehensive connectivity features, designed to suit both modern and traditional guitarists. The Katana 100 Gen 3 is equipped with a USB-C port for direct recording and playback with music production software, a stereo expand function to link with another Katana amp for immersive sound experiences, and multiple inputs for integrating external effects or preamps. These features make it exceptionally versatile for studio recording and live performance scenarios.

Integrated BOSS effects

The Katana 100 Gen 3 is not just an amplifier; it's a complete sound-shaping platform. It includes five independent effects sections: Booster, Mod, FX, Delay, and Reverb, each loaded with multiple options and variations. The onboard BOSS effects are renowned for their quality and versatility, providing everything from subtle ambient textures to aggressive distortion. The updated BOSS Tone Studio app allows for deeper customisation of these effects, ensuring you can craft the perfect tone for any song or style.

Performance-ready design

Designed with the performing musician in mind, the Katana 100 Gen 3 offers 100 watts of power through a custom 12-inch speaker, making it capable of filling any venue with rich, commanding sound. Despite its powerful output, the amp remains incredibly portable and user-friendly. The inclusion of eight Tone Setting memories allows you to store and recall complete setups instantly, a crucial feature for live performances where quick changes between sounds are needed. Additionally, the Power Control feature lets you achieve the ideal tone at any volume, perfect for playing in different environments without sacrificing sound quality.
